We’re looking for a Servicing Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Tallinn. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact Wise’s mission by hiring top talent for our Servicing teams across Europe, including high-volume recruitment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and continuously improving our hiring processes.

You’ll have a growth mindset, be data-driven, and demonstrate strong execution towards goals and deliverables. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality candidates while keeping the candidate experience at the heart of everything you do.

What You'll Get to Do:

• Partner with business stakeholders to support recruitment strategies, leveraging your market knowledge and hiring expertise.
• Own the candidate process end-to-end, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Create an engaging and positive candidate experience in line with Wise values, regardless of the hiring outcome.
• Support employer branding efforts through university recruiting, job fairs, and diversity outreach initiatives.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes by identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
• Use data to track hiring progress, identify roadblocks, and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Rewards, People Ops, and RecOps, to streamline recruitment operations.

A bit about you:

• You have experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within high-volume hiring, customer support, or servicing roles.
• You are skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence hiring decisions.
• You take a consultative approach, providing hiring managers with guidance and market insights.
• You have a problem-solving mindset and can adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You are proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively with the team.
• You are data-driven, using insights to inform hiring decisions and continuously improve processes.
• You communicate effectively, tailoring your approach to different audiences.
• You are already located in Estonia (we do not offer relocation support for this role)

Hiring Process

• Application Review: We'll evaluate your experience and skills.
• Screening Call with a Recruiter: A chat to see if we're a good match for each other.
• First Interview (1 hour): Meet your future lead and a People Partner.
• Second Interview (30 minutes): A discussion with a Senior Recruitment Lead.
• Final Interview (in the office): You'll get to meet two of your future team members.
