Job Description - Servigistics Account Manager

They drive adoption, manage renewals, and identify upsell opportunities, blending relationship management with product fluency to reduce churn and advocate for the customer internally. It plays a key role in ensuring the successful and timely knowledge and adoption delivery of PTC Servigistics solutions to achieve high customer satisfaction. This role partners with new and existing customers to deliver solution knowledge delivery, drive adoption, and promote best practices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple engagements independently. A supply chain background in High Tech, Medical Device, Automotive, Aerospace, or Defense is optimal.\n\nThis hands-on role supports customers through digital transformation initiatives by delivering consulting and implementation services for Servigistics Service Parts Management and Service Price Management solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Customer Onboarding \u0026 Adoption: Guiding new customers through implementation, training, and setting them up for success to accelerate time-to-value.\n * Relationship Management: Serving as the primary point of contact, building trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders to drive retention.\n * Performance Monitoring: Tracking client health metrics and KPIs, utilizing data to identify at-risk accounts and proactively mitigating churn.\n * Strategic Advisory: Conducting business reviews to align product usage with client goals and recommending improvements.\n * Upselling \u0026 Advocacy: Identifying opportunities for expansion (upsells/cross-sells) and nurturing customers to become advocates (references, case studies).\n * Internal Advocacy: Serving as the \"voice of the customer\" to provide product teams with feedback on improvements.\n\n\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n\n * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate product value and build rapport.\n * Relationship Building: Ability to manage high-level relationships with stakeholders.\n * Data Analysis: Proficiency in interpreting customer data (health scores, usage analytics) to drive decisions.\n * Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying issues and offering solutions.\n * Technical Aptitude: Understanding software-as-a-service (SaaS) environments and product functionality.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics\n * Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in business processes or IT consulting\n * Experience with supply chain operations\n * Strong facilitation skills, including leading customer workshops\n * Experience designing, configuring, and customizing enterprise solutions\n * Self-directed, goal-oriented, and customer-focused\n * Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)\n * Willingness to travel up to 50%\n\n\n\nPTC carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $150,000 \\- $175,000. The anticipated annual salary range encompasses both the base salary and the on-target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.\n\nActual compensation may vary based on a candidate\u0027s skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Eligible employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP) which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs.
