The Drain Technician is responsible for diagnosing, cleaning, and repairing drainage systems to ensure proper function and prevent blockages. Working closely with the Excavation Supervisor, the Drain Technician plays a critical role in maintaining and improving residential and commercial drainage systems. This role involves using specialized equipment to locate and clear obstructions, providing excellent client service, and supporting excavation projects as needed. The Drain Technician ensures that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards and communicates with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed. Technical training and skills will be taught after hiring. .
