Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Sewer Installer to join our team. This role focuses mostly on interior or inside dig sewer replacement and repair projects, including work in basements, crawl spaces, and other indoor environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with residential or light commercial sewer installations, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong leadership presence on the job site. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute interior sewer dig and installation jobs, ensuring quality workmanship and code compliance.
• Safely operate hand and power tools, demolition equipment, and compact excavation machinery as needed for indoor work.
• Read and interpret sewer line layouts, building plans, and job specifications.
• Manage a small crew, providing guidance, task assignments, and accountability on site.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site and follow all OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Accurately document job progress and communicate any changes or challenges to management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by communicating clearly and professionally with homeowners or site contacts.
   

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sewer installation experience, with a focus on residential or interior digs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, excavation techniques, and safety procedures.
• Leadership experience or ability to supervise and direct a crew effectively.
• Proficiency with related tools and equipment, including saws, jackhammers, pumps, and confined space gear.
• Ability to work in tight or challenging spaces such as crawlspaces and basements.
