Sewing Machine Operator

1st Shift - 5:00am-3:30pm: Monday – Thursday with occasional Friday.

What cool skills can you learn? We are seeking Sewing Machine Operator to join our team! Do you enjoy working with your hands? You will stay active and on the move rotating into various stations in this fast-paced environment assembling Ventvisors, hood shields, floor mats, fender flares, storage boxes, and running boards options using drills, screw guns, rivet guns & more!

Core Functions

• Operate sewing and production machines to meet quality and productivity goals


• Perform in-process inspections to ensure products meet specifications


• Conduct pre-operation checks and make basic machine adjustments as needed


• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or tooling needs promptly


• Maintain accurate production and material usage records


• Adhere to safety procedures, quality standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)


• Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards


• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors


• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support continuous production

Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
• Prior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, and process control equipment preferred 

Physical Requirements
This position is subject to Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
