Job description:

1.    Ability to perform within a fast paced, team environment to support monthly, weekly, and daily production goals.

2.    Ability to use a sewing machine to bind together various mattress components.

3.    Responsible for correctly labeling of finished goods.

4.    Maintain and sustain a clean area/environment.

5.    Ensure proper production materials are supplied to your station as needed to meet production schedule.

6.    Perform quality inspections at every step in the process to ensure compliance with quality standards.

7.    May move materials/components between floor, pallets, conveyors and or tables.

8.    Collaborate with a team to achieve organizational goals.
