Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associateâs or Bachelorâs degree preferred.
5+ years in a manufacturing environment, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Experience in luxury/custom furniture manufacturing is highly desirable.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards.
Bilingual candidates are a plus.
