Position Summary: As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both our digital advertising efforts and our marketing department operations as a whole. Your responsibilities will include executing digital ad campaigns, coordinating a variety of other advertising and retail marketing deliverables, managing the flow of marketing department assets, and supporting the wider department as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Execute digital advertising campaigns across paid social and various other digital platforms
- Work with Digital Marketing Director and Advertising Manager to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and budget allocations
- Support the Advertising Manager in digital ad reporting and analysis
- Coordinate other advertising deliverables for the Americas, including editorial banner assets and OOH creative
- Manage department asset requests, implementing best practices to generate the best-performing content and overseeing flow of traffic between the art and marketing teams
- Facilitate the distribution of marketing assets to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage creation and maintenance of all music smart links, working with Advertising Manager to ensure inbound data is utilized across digital ads and other marketing campaigns
- Manage the tracking and reporting of advertising actual spends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing activities
- Collaborate on any decks, reports or analysis as needed by the department
- Act as support for select marketing department meetings
- Provide support to Marketing Assistants, Managers and Directors as needed on overflow tasks

- Advanced understanding of Google Sheets and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills; an ability to communicate effectively across several departments with varying needs.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail; an ability to efficiently manage assets across a wide breadth of campaigns.
- An ability to work on several projects at once.
- Innovative thinking to develop ad strategies that capture attention and drive engagement in a crowded market.
- Focus on achieving specific advertising KPIs and business objectives, with a commitment to driving measurable results.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in advertising algorithms, platform updates, and shifts in consumer behavior.

- A deep passion for discovering and talking about new music across a variety of genres.
- A passion for the Secretly Group label roster a plus.
