ESSENTIAL

RESPONSIBILITIES

Pine
View Buildings Location Sales


-Manage
all sales for this location
-Respond
to incoming sales leads from
Website
-Assist
walk in Customer

-Process
incoming customer delivery calls

-Delivery
to-do’s

-Inventory
monthly reconciliation

Position





  • Your

  • You
    are an organizational powerhouse. You need to
    be a master of logistics, planning, and
    coordination. The right candidate will be able
    to juggle multiple priorities and work well
    under pressure.




Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Word, Excel

  • Prior experience in

    • Internal or external
      sales

    • Direct Sales

  • Management skills-
    preferred

Compensation

3.5% Commission on gross sales for the lot, plus $500 weekly salary when 40 or more hours are worked.

Salary

$60,000.00 - $95,000.00+ per year. You are driving the sales and the earning potential is what YOU make it!
Hours: M, T, TH, F (9-5) & Sat (10-2)​
