Job Description - Sheesha attendants

  • Prepare and set up shisha (hookah) equipment correctly
  • Mix and recommend shisha flavors based on customer preferences
  • Ensure proper heat management for smooth smoking experience
  • Clean and maintain all shisha equipment before and after use
  • Monitor customers and replace coals when needed
  • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed always
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with clients professionally
  • Assist in creating a relaxed and welcoming environment
  • Handle customer complaints politely and efficiently


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a shisha lounge or hospitality industry is an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of different shisha flavors and preparation techniques
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Neat, presentable, and hygienic
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Team player with a positive attitude
