Requirements

Responsibilities

• 
  Program and Run roll
  former production
  
  
  



• 
  Receive and verify
  panel orders from office
  
  
  



• 
  Confirm order
  accuracy with production output
  
  
  



• 
  Load and unload
  coils on coil cars for roll former and slitter
  
  
  



• 
  Remove finished
  bundles metal panels from roll former and place on designated racks
  
  
  



• 
  Recut longer pieces on
  
  
  



• 
  Back Cut shear to
  produce panels shorter then 4'
  
  
  



• 
  Operate Coil Upender
  
  
  



• 
  Unload coils from
  inbound trucks
  
  
  



• 
  Load customer trucks
  and trailers
  
  
  



• 
  Help with trim
  production if directed by Production Manager
  
  
  



• 
  Verify customer
  orders are correct and paid for before loading
  
  
  



• 
  Help with shop setup
  
  
  

Requirements

• 
  Some roll forming or
  CNC machine experience strongly preferred
  
  
  



• 
  Skilled forklift operator
  
  
  



• 
  Strong attention to detail
  
  
  



• 
  Ability to easily
  adapt to change
