Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Supervise Roofing Crews on commercial and industrial job sites.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of metal roofing systems, including:
• Standing seam
• R-panel
• Corrugated
• TPO-over-metal
• Custom-fabricated sheet metal components
• Perform material takeoffs, estimates, and labor cost projections.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, specifications, and roofing plans.
• Ensure proper handling of galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel.
• Enforce all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct quality inspections for seam integrity, flashing, alignment, and water resistance.
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure project efficiency and profitability.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members, supporting safety and skill development.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in sheet metal roofing (standing seam, architectural metal, etc.)
• Proven leadership experience managing or supervising a roofing crew.
• In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, including:
• EPDM, TPO, and insulation boards
• Underlayments, flashing systems, adhesives, and fasteners
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and manufacturer guidelines.
• Familiar with estimating software or manual takeoff procedures.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 25%.
