Pay Range: $16.50 to 19.50 per hour

You will be a front-line manager who impacts the sales and service of the store by providing great tasting food and excellent service to team members, guests, and the community while working in a fun, family-like environment.   

Responsibilities of a Shift Lead:

• Manage the product, process and people to execute a shift.
• Mentor, coach, train, and develop team members.
• Manage the speed, volume, and quality of the food as it flows from the kitchen to the guest.
• Administer food safety and security policies.
• Plan, organize and track inventory.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
