Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Oversee

daily operations in area of responsibility, ensuring that all team members are performing at their best and that shifts run smoothly.

• Customer Experience: Greet every guest with enthusiasm, ensuring they have an excellent dining experience from start to finish.

• Operational Excellence: Monitor and manage the quality and speed of service, stepping in to assist during peak times or to resolve any issues, ensuring that all food safety and health standards are met.

• Training & Development: Coach and mentor team members, helping them grow within their roles and

preparing them for future opportunities within the company.
