Culver's, a beloved family-owned restaurant known for its ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard, is seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as shift leaders. As a leader at Culver's, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fun and loving work environment. Must be willing to be hired on as a team member and prove your leadership skills for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
• Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members
• Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate passion and leadership
• Strong communication and organization skills
• A genuine smiling personality!
• Provide team training and communicate shift goals
• Efficiently conduct shifts while maintaining acceptable labor, speed of service times and low waste of product while continuously coaching
• Is a hands on, in-the-trenches leader. Must master execution and training of all team member roles and tasks
• Food Service Skillset is not enough; must be a culture fit with personnel and Culver's values
• 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is preferred
• ServSafe qualified

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
