Focuses on daily Front of House operations during shift.Train Crew team members (Familiar with every station, all equipment, all staff on shift). Ensures Back of the House operations to properly overstock for shift and minimum PAR preparation for next shift. To perform other tasks as directed by General Manager. Recommend crew member raises, promotions and terminations.
