As a Shift Lead, you'll play an important role in leading our team, creating an exceptional guest experience, and keeping operations running smoothly. You'll gain hands-on experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations while learning what it takes to lead a successful restaurant.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the team during daily restaurant operations
• Set the example for exceptional guest service, teamwork, and hospitality
• Help coach, train, and develop team members
• Delegate tasks and ensure the team is set up for a successful shift
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Monitor restaurant operations and help resolve guest or team member concerns
• Support inventory, waste control, and other operational processes
• Communicate effectively with team members and restaurant leadership
• Help create a positive, energetic, and welcoming team environment
• Learn and utilize 4 Rivers systems and tools, including R365, Schoox, and Ovation
• Take on additional responsibilities as you continue to develop your leadership skills

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is motivated to lead and committed to growing their career.

• Previous restaurant experience
• Previous leadership experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Dependable, organized, and able to take initiative
• Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership during a shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn all aspects of restaurant operations
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
