Overview:
Join the leadership team of the first Crumbl Cookies store that ever opened in Pennsylvania! If hired, you will get in early with the fastest-growing franchise in the country and help us on our mission to bring family and friends around Philadelphia together over a box of the best cookies in the world!
Objective:
- To run great shifts, ensuring our core commitment to Customer Service, Cookie Quality, and Cleanliness are always the top priority and that your store is ranked highly in these Key Performance Indicators
- Become a fully certified Crumbl Operator and then lead one or more of Centers of Excellence within our operations within the first 90 days: Training, Inventory Management, Quality, Dough Production, Catering
- Average 98% or higher on weekly internal store audits conducting during your shifts
Responsibilities:
- Perform as Manager on Duty during scheduled on-floor shifts in charge of all operations and as front line in resolving customer service issues and tasking / managing Team Members to their assigned roles
- Monitory and ensure all shifts operate within acceptable Crumbl corporate KPIs ranges (as reported in real-time within the Crumbl app you will have access to once employed)
- Manage/Complete required store Opening & Closing procedures when scheduled, including use of app for checklists and cookie inventory and waste reporting
- Participate with full management team in developing and nurturing a strong and inclusive culture of integrity, responsibility and excellence
Minimum Requirements:
- Smart Phone Apps
- Email and Online Calendars
- Valid driver's license
- Availability at least 3 weekend shifts (Friday night, Saturday, Saturday night) per month (we're closed Sundays)
- Completion of Food Handlers certificate within 1 week of hire
- ServeSafe or equivalent, ideal but not required
Additional Compensation:
- This role includes TIP SHARING on top of the published hourly pay range. There are no guarantees but our tips in Jenkintown have averaged $3 per hour, and we guarantee a minimum of at least $2.75 in this role.
Store Schedule:
- Store hours are Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. and Friday - Saturday 8 a.m. - midnight.
- Opening Shifts start at 6 or 7 am. Closing shifts typically end 30 minutes after the store close.

Additional Benefits Eligibility:
Upon completion of 360 hours within a 12 week period you will become eligible for additional benefits starting the 1st of the month following. You will remain eligible as long as you continue a minimum of 360 hours per 90 days.
