As the Shift Lead for Mission Readiness & Fleet Response, you are the "on-the-floor" leader responsible for the flawless execution of daily fleet operations. You are a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing the structured technical workflows of the workshop with the dynamic needs of live fleet support. While centralized Dispatchers manage the initial coordination of field events, you are the on-site escalation path for your team, providing the technical and operational guidance needed to resolve complex vehicle issues and maintain the heartbeat of the fleet's daily cycle.
