Shift lead/Barista

We're looking for a reliable, upbeat, and motivated Hourly Shift Leader to help lead our front-of-house team at Pilar Coffee Bar and Iced Treats. If you have barista experience, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support the team during shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Jump in on bar to craft quality coffee and iced treats with speed and precision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
• Communicate clearly with the team and management
• Support opening and/or closing procedures

Who You Are:

• 1+ year of barista experience in a busy café or coffee bar
• Comfortable leading small teams and being the point person on shift
• Reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Friendly, positive attitude with a focus on excellent customer service
• Available to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
