Pilar Coffee Bar and Iced Treats is looking for a motivated and experienced Shift Lead with strong barista skills to join our team! If you have a passion for great coffee, love creating a positive guest experience, and have the leadership skills to help guide a team, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a shift lead or barista (1+ year preferred)
• Strong knowledge of espresso and coffee drink preparation
• Ability to lead a shift, manage flow, and support the team
• Open availability including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills
