Noodle Express on Sullivan is looking for its next team leader!

Noodle Express on Sullivan is hiring experienced shift leaders. For this position we are offering the ideal candidate $18 to $20 an hour, plus an hourly tip pool of $7 to $8 an hour on top of the hourly wage. You will not find better pay at other quick service restaurants. The successful candidates will have experience in cooking, cashiering, or the prep room. In partnership with the Store Manager, you will help sustain an environment that promotes the growth and development of all team members, yourself included. Our Shift Leads actively perform tasks like cooking, prepping, and cashiering to consistently meet and exceed guest expectations, all while building skills that will help you grow your career in the food service industry.

As a Shift Lead you will have responsibilities such as:

• Completing food prep duties.
• Giving superb service to guests.
• Aiding and assisting the store manager in compliance with restaurant standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensuring departmental tasks are completed.
• Bring a spark of energy to every shift!
• Maintain a high level of excellence in quality, service, and cleanliness in support of reaching restaurant goals.

And you must have the following required knowledges, skills, and ability:

• Previous restaurant leadership experience
• Ability to pass a background check
• Leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to thrive in front of guests at the register or in front of the grill.
• The ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and perform physical tasks throughout the restaurant.

Night and weekend availability is required.
