Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire crew members to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high operational standards.
• Serve guests by taking orders, handling payments, and preparing drinks and desserts with a respectful and immediate response.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas, dining rooms, restrooms, and parking lot.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of all inventory
• Coach, train, and mentor team members to foster a positive and accountable work environment.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and white glove cleanliness standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant as a key holder, managing the shift effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hard-working, friendly, honest, and team-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and a current driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and Saturdays.
• Preferred: Minimum one year of restaurant management or leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
