Shift Leader

Culver’s of Ozark is looking for energetic Restaurant Shift Leaders who are seeking an opportunity for advancement! This position requires previous leadership experience, and the desire and commitment to grow in our restaurants.

Candidates must be available nights and weekends - Sunday availability is required.

If you have a passion for restaurant industry and desire to serve others, then this job is for you! We are currently hiring shift leaders, with the opportunity to move into Assistant and Core Manager roles within the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

· Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service

· Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and

mentor to support the development of a high performing team

· Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures

Qualifications:

· Demonstrated passion and leadership

· Strong communication and organization skills

· A genuine smiling personality!

· 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is preferred
