Key Responsibilities

• Lead and model the Chick-fil-A vision during your shifts
• Oversee shift operations ensuring checklists are completed efficiently and safely
• Train and develop new team members to reach operational excellence
• Manage shift changes and coverage approvals
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality
• Keep accurate financial counts and documentation
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Foster a positive, food-safe work environment

Success Metrics

• Ensure speed of service times consistently below 4 minutes
• Complete Safe Daily and ERQA checklists for each daypart
• Maintain productivity goals throughout the shift
• Achieve high CEM scores focused on accuracy, speed, and cleanliness
