What You'll Do as a Shift Leader

• Lead a highly skilled team to ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
• Teach and practice Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness.
• Lead by example with strong time-management skills.
• Assess team-member performance and foster a positive team culture.
• Spend the majority of time on the restaurant floor, engaging with guests.
• Manage labor, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Natural leadership skills with a self-starting personality.
• Strong communication skills with guests and team members.
• Hard-working, team-oriented, and friendly individuals.
• Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication.
• Prior restaurant management or leadership experience is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the United State
• Ability to use a point-of-sale system.
• Willingness to jump in and assist co-workers.

Physical Requirements

• Availability to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to a 10-hour shift.
• Willingness to bend, stoop, and occasionally use a ladder.
