As a Shift Leader, you will assist the General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. You will help lead the team, maintain operational standards, and create a positive work environment where everyone can succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
• Lead and motivate team members during each shift
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Ensure food quality, order accuracy, and speed of service
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Coach and develop team members into future leaders
• Assist with inventory counts and truck orders
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed with integrity
• Handle cash transactions and perform basic math accurately
• Create a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more
• Must obtain a Food Handler's License within the first 30 days of employment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is preferred
