Starting Pay From: $19.00 / hour

Schedule: Evening/Closing Shifts- 2pm-10:30pm (Always Closed on

Sundays!)

At Chick-fil-A of South Burleson, we’re looking for a driven Nighttime Shift Leader to guide our evening crew, run smooth operations, and set the tone for an amazing team culture. To be considered, you must:

- Be at least 18 years old

- Submit a resume with your application

- Be able to pass our math test

- Have open availability most nights (Friday and Saturday are mandatory)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead from the Front:

Coach, encourage, and direct team members during fast-paced evening shifts (typically from 2pm until 10:30pm, 5 nights per week)

• Run the Play:

Oversee shift logistics, manage breaks, handle guest relations, and execute closing procedures so the morning team is set up for success.

• Champion Culture:

Foster an environment of hustle and hospitality where your team actually enjoys coming to work.

• Problem Solve:

Handle cash management, quality control, and food safety standards on the fly.
