Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader in our Subway restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fast food industry and possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations efficiently.

Duties:

- Manage and lead a team of staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations

- Supervise and participate in food preparation and service

- Handle cash transactions, including opening and closing registers

- Conduct inventory management and restocking of supplies

- Coordinate catering orders

- Conduct shift management, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance

- Uphold high standards of customer service and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements:

- Previous experience in restaurant management

- Proficiency in cash handling procedures

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

- Knowledge of food service management practices
