What You’ll Do as a Shift Leader:

• Engage with Guests – Share your passion for our Greek cuisine, describe menu items, and accommodate dietary needs.
• Ensure Excellence – Maintain the highest standards for food quality, accuracy, and presentation.
• Be Hands-On – Assist with food prep, uphold hygiene standards, and keep the restaurant spotless.
• Deliver Results – Take orders, manage the POS system, and ensure seamless operations during every shift.
• Support Team Growth – Complete training certifications and lead by example.

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; prior food service experience preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities; thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility: Available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Physical Requirements: Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Certifications: Food Handler’s card and/or ServSafe certification required (or obtainable after hire).
