Job Summary:

Freebirds World Burrito is looking for talented Shift Leaders who are committed to providing exceptional guest service and passionate about leading others. We want leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, constantly fostering a positive culture, and motivating others. Requirements:

Previous leadership experience

Must be at least 18 years or older

Ability to work at a fast pace and high-volume workload

Deliver crave-able food through recipe adherence and food quality standards

Knowledge of cash handling procedures

The ability to empower and mentor Tribe

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Must learn to cross-train in all positions

Must get a manager food handlers certification upon hire

Upon hire, must pass a leadership validation test
