Job Summary:
As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities include ordering kitchen utensils and equipment based on needs, managing contracts and payroll, and supervising restaurant staff performance. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes great customer service.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months of team member experience, currently, in the QSR industry is required.

High school diploma or GED, preferred.

Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

Familiarity with restaurant management software (POS), preferred

Good math and reporting skills.

Customer service attitude.

Communication and team management abilities.
