Key Responsibilities:

• Manage restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality, service, and atmosphere.
• Train and coach team members on restaurant routines, food safety, and customer interaction.
• Assist the General Manager in executing the restaurant’s business plan and optimizing profitability.
• Ensure fan service meets or exceeds company standards and resolve customer complaints promptly.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience, preferably in quick service.
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills with a focus on team motivation.
• Proven ability to manage costs and maintain inventory effectively.
• ServSafe® certified candidates preferred.
