Zaxby's Shift Manager will assist the General Manager in achieving goals related to sales, costs, profits, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
Responsibilities:
- Experience as a manager or shift leader for a minimum of one year
- Ensure excellent food quality and the highest level of customer service
- Assist in hiring and training an adequate staff of cooks and cashiers that meet or exceed our qualifications and ensure pay is fair and equitable
- Assist in minimizing the cost of goods sold and labor costs
- Payroll, cash, and sales reporting and the preparation of other reports to assist in the evaluation of store performance
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Educational requirement of at least High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of management experience
