Shift Manager

Our **Shift Managers** directs other employees through their daily routines and interacts with customers to make sure that they have a satisfactory experience. Shift Managers act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy.
Shift Managers ensure that employees perform a variety of tasks, from preparing the food, stocking supplies, serving, charging people for their food, handling cash, credit cards, and a cash register, cleaning tables and counters, resetting tables, greeting customers and answering questions.
**Job Requirements:**
* Minimum 6 months experience in position with an excellent service record
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
* Must be a team player
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and positive demeanor
* Knowledge of all restaurant policies, practices, and operational procedures
* May require difficult work positions. Occasionally utilizes sense of taste and smell, far vision, step stool, works around chemicals/cleaners, walks on uneven surfaces, lifts and/or carries up to 50lbs
