We are looking to add to our customer experience team!

Feast Gourmet Market and Eatery is located in the town of Aspinwall PA. We offer award winning grocery as well as prepared foods made from scratch daily, specialty sandwiches, salads and catering. Newest addition is our curated wine and beer shop.

We are looking for an energetic, engaging team member!

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates efficiently and follows all company guidelines and procedures. You will assist the owner with training and managing employees and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate has fantastic people skills and a passion for customer service. Ideal candidate:

available 35-40 hours a week- must be available for some Saturdays

professional and dependable

has previous retail experience with food

team player, has attention to detail and enjoys making someone's day a little better

Benefits/Perks

Flexible Schedule- working 5 out of 6 days week.
- Hours range from 9am-630pm Mon-Friday and 9am-530pm Saturdays
- NO Sundays or major holidays

Responsibilities

Comply with all operating standards and procedures pertaining to the daily operation and management of the store

Stock shelves and assist with inventory / ordering

Greet customers warmly and develop rapport to encourage repeat business

Assist the owner with hiring, training, and monitoring employee performance

Foster a positive work environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Must be at least 18 yrs of age

Previous retail experience required

Excellent team building and leadership skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

We opened feast in 2012 to bring amazingly fresh, made-from-scratch, and out-of-the-ordinary food to our local area. We work hard, have fun, and we’re thrilled to present a neighborhood specialty food market that harkens back to a simpler time.

Every year, we head to the Fancy Food Show to source the newest and the best in the Specialty Food market. We spend three days sampling and meeting the amazing people who hand-craft some of the best food imaginable so that we can bring those products to our community.
