We are currently looking for a Content Cleaning Supervisor at our Richmond location.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Content Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our cleaning team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to scheduling and task management, and a hands-on attitude toward training and quality control. This role is essential to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
· Be able to effectively communicate with clients in a polite and courteous manner
· Ability to learn and understand the techniques and procedures for cleaning household goods
· Schedule jobs to be cleaned and ensure staff is effectively cleaning job
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the cleaning room ensuring the proper staffing levels
· Inventory and reorder of supplies
· Oversee audits, quality control checks and maintaining detailed inventory of cleaning jobs
· Train all new hires in the basics of the job
Requirements:
- Must pass a drug test and background check, and possess a valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience overseeing 5 or more employees
