Shift Supervisor

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is on the lookout for enthusiastic Shift Supervisors to play a key role in our restaurant’s daily operations. In this position, you'll provide solid leadership, motivate your team, and ensure that all operational expectations are met with excellence. You will also help manage labor and food costs, build strong relationships with our guests, quickly resolve any guest issues, and serve as a shining example of hospitality in every interaction.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Guest-Centric Background: At least one year of experience in a guest-focused setting (retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.).
• Eagerness to Learn: A strong willingness to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
• Natural Leadership: Proven natural leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Self-Starter: A proactive, self-starting personality with an even and calm disposition under pressure.
• Professionalism: A commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact seamlessly with both guests and team members.
• Team Collaboration: A cooperative spirit and readiness to “pitch-in” and support colleagues with their duties.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using a point of sale system and other relevant technologies.
