Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Job Description:

As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your assigned shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining brand standards, and supporting the team to achieve operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

* Supervise and train team members, ensuring adherence to Burger King policies and procedures.
* Delegate tasks and manage workflow effectively to ensure efficient service and product delivery.
* Monitor food quality, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
* Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, and making deposits.
* Maintain inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste.
* Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
* Support the General Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
* Perform various duties such as cooking, cleaning, and customer service as needed.
* Enforce company policies regarding employee conduct, safety, and security.

Job Qualifications
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
