Small locally owned Ice Cream Store in the North Hills of Pittsburgh (McCandless) in looking for an Assistant Manager.

Oversee Front of the Store

Ensure Customer Satisfaction – served in appropriate time using proper customer service skills

Product Quality Checks – check procedures/weights/sizes of products

Provide customer service as needed

Staff Issues

Mentor scoopers

Train new scoopers

Store Operation

Ensure proper cleaning procedures are being followed

Ice Cream Making (as back up of ice cream maker)

Be able to lift up to 50lbs

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
