Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include supervising the team to meet production targets,
  


• setting up and operating machinery while adjusting equipment for product specifications,monitoring production processes, and ensuring product quality through regular checks.
  


• Additional tasks involve troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment issues to minimize downtime, performing routine machinery maintenance, collaborating with the team to coordinate raw material supply,
  


• maintaining accurate production and maintenance records, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and training new team members on equipment operation and maintenance.
  

Requirements

• A diploma or equivalent is required, with additional technical training or certifications considered a plus.
  


• Experience in managing a team and expertise in plastic injection molding, rotational molding (tanks), or pipe extrusion.
  


• With a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  


• Candidates should have proven ability to operate extrusion machinery, understand extrusion processes.
  


• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  


• Familiarity with safety protocols and technical manuals is essential, along with a detail-oriented approach focused on quality and efficiency.
  


• Effective communication, teamwork skills, and physical stamina are also necessary.
