The SHINE Program Coordinator supports the SHINE Liaison/Supervisor in the planning, coordination, and day-to-day operations of the SHINE Program. This position assists with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention; coordinates community outreach and public awareness initiatives to promote program services; supports daily call center operations to ensure timely, high-quality customer service; and provides administrative support, including maintaining program supplies, educational materials, and outreach resources. The Coordinator works collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners to enhance program awareness, strengthen service delivery, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and program requirements

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position requires regular interaction with volunteers, community partners, and the public and may involve 40% local travel for outreach events, training, and community engagement activities.
When the employee works in an office environment or home office (if required), uses computers, telephone, and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the environment is usually moderate.
Sedentary work primarily involves sitting and standing. Required to use repetitive hand motion, talk, handle, reach, hear, bend, or lift up to 20 pounds.
