The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is searching for individuals to join our parts department as a Shipper/Receiver. Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm

Pay Rate: $21/hr.

What you will do: 

· Stage & receive daily orders

· Organize & stock incoming merchandise in their respective locations

· Assist the Wholesale parts manager with picking & staging all outgoing parts for delivery

· Navigate parts catalog & assist with order processing 

· Assist drivers with loading delivery vehicles with orders

· Handle all incoming & outgoing FEDEX and UPS packages and tires

· Conduct weekly parts inventory counts

· Backup for delivery driver when needed 

· Keep aisles clear of obstacles & housekeeping duties 

· Interact & build repour with vendors/clients 

· Other tasks assigned by the Parts Manager

Requirements

Our idea candidate will posses the following skills: 

· Strong communication skills including professional phone etiquette 

· Intermediate computer skills including Excel 

· Ability to prioritize tasks

· Self-motivated and results driven with a positive team-player attitude

· Must enjoy challenges and interacting with a variety of people and situations

· Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

· DealerTrack knowledge is a plus but not required. Will train

· Prior Hazardous shipping experience is a plus but not required. Will train

· Experienced online sales a plus

· Must be 18+

· Clean driving record and valid driver's license in good standings
