Shipping

CAB Signs, a local sign company in Brooklyn, New York is looking for a Shipping Clerk to add to our team. The regular schedule of this position is five days a week, from 1 PM - 4 PM.

Required Experience:

• Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development
• 1-3 years of experience as a shipper
• Strong communication skills

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing all of the duties involved in the shipping process. These duties include :

• Ships all packages/materials by reviewing the order for accuracy, making packing decisions, determining appropriate shipping method, and checking for payment as needed.
• Adding "enhancements" to orders. Some examples include adding tape, magnets, pins to complete the order.
• Processes data entry by entering tracking numbers/orders/UPS tracking numbers into appropriate systems for record-keeping.

Salary

17-18 per hour
