Shipping & Finishing Supervisor

People Architects is excited to recruit for a Shipping & Finishing Supervisor. 

Join our team and lead a group of skilled technicians in finishing, inspecting, and shipping precision-machined parts to meet customer specifications. This role is hands-on, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety while optimizing production and inventory processes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise, train, and coach finishing technicians
✅ Oversee deburring, grinding, shot-peening, labeling, and final inspection
✅ Manage shipping, packing, and ERP-based inventory tracking
✅ Maintain equipment and ensure ISO 9001 compliance
✅ Drive continuous improvement and a safety-first culture

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in a manufacturing environment
✔ Knowledge of machining, finishing, and quality standards
✔ Strong ERP and Shipping experience.
✔ Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
