Position Overview

We are currently hiring for a Shipping & Receiving position in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with shipping and receiving processes, inventory management, and forklift operation. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accurate handling of materials, documentation, and shipments for both domestic and international orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks manually and with forklift and pallet jack
• Process and fulfill material requests for production and sales orders
• Manage inventory using computer systems—heavy computer use required
• Prepare and pack crates for domestic and international shipments
• Ensure quality control documents are properly submitted with purchase orders and job orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform basic to advanced math calculations as needed
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months shipping & receiving experience
• Forklift operation experience
• Familiarity with inventory systems and quality documentation
• Strong computer skills
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently
