Shipping & Receiving Associate

Responsible for timely and safe material delivery while providing exceptional customer service. Must represent Watson Security/KENDELL professionally and meet MVR requirements for insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles before departure and report maintenance issues.
• Load, transport, and unload all materials including returns to vendors
• Stage materials for installation and service.
• Some purchasing responsibilities. 
• Deliver to job sites, construction zones, and Watson facilities.
• Verify deliveries with customers and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with internal staff and customers.
• Keep company vehicles clean and follow all safety policies.
• Attend meetings, assist with shipping/receiving, and work overtime or "On-Call" as needed.
• Ensure compliance with PPE, OSHA, and company safety standards.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years driving in city traffic and on highways, and with parallel parking.
• Good communication and comprehension skills
• Must possess a positive and professional attitude and provide superior customer experience
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently
• No recent moving or driving violations (per Kendell’s driving policy)
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.)

Salary: $23-$25 per hour, based on experience

Hours: Standard business hours are 8am-5pm
