We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring that orders are fulfilled on time and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and update records in our system.

• Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups or deliveries as needed.

• Keep warehouse areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.

• Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.

• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory management software a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
