Shipping and Receiving Associate

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to assist our Warehouse Lead with daily operations. This role involves supporting all aspects of warehouse activity, including receiving, organizing inventory, order fulfillment, and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate is a team player who is detail-oriented, physically capable, and willing to take direction to help keep warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Warehouse Lead with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and products
• Help pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Support the creation of shipping labels and documentation using shipping software (UPS, FedEx, LTL, etc.)
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Help with inventory counts and stock organization
• Perform general warehouse duties as directed by the Warehouse Lead

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs consistently
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is a plus
