Shipping & Receiving Associate

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, and smooth coordination between our warehouse, office team, and transportation partners.

What You’ll Do:

Warehouse Operations

• Coordinate daily activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
• Prepare and stage delivery orders for distribution
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Inventory & Documentation

• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
• Prepare and process shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, labels)
• Monitor inventory accuracy and help resolve discrepancies

Communication & Efficiency

• Work with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipment issues
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse operations

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry)

Preferred Experience

• Inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation

• Shipping/logistics coordination and documentation

• Knowledge of freight and carrier processes

• Flexibility to work occasional extended hours as needed

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Combination of warehouse and office environment

• Regular standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
